Product feedback
If you have feedback about the product — a bug, a feature request, or a thought on how things should work — the fastest path (once you're signed in) is the in-app Feedback widget. It goes straight into our queue with the screen you were on and (optionally) a screenshot, so we can see what you saw.
Response time
We aim to reply within one to two business days. Security and account-access issues are prioritised. For privacy requests under GDPR we respond within 30 days; for CCPA requests we respond within 45 days. If your message is time-sensitive (e.g., you've been locked out), please say so in the topic and subject.
