Refund Policy
Effective: 2026-08-15
This Refund Policy applies to paid Fit PA subscriptions. Paid plans are sold by our merchant of record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates), which processes all payments and refunds. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free trials
A trial costs nothing until it ends. If you cancel before the trial ends you are never charged, and you keep full access for the remainder of the trial. We send a reminder email before your first charge.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with your first paid subscription purchase — monthly or annual — contact us within 14 days of the first charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies once per customer, to your first paid purchase.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically, and renewal charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time before a renewal from the self-service billing portal linked in your profile. If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact us — we review these requests in good faith.
4. Cancellation
Cancelling stops future charges. It takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep full access until then, and partial periods are not prorated or refunded.
5. How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, use our contact form or reply to the receipt email you received from Paddle.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country, including the 14-day withdrawal right for consumers in the EU and UK. Where those rights are more generous than this policy, they apply.
7. Fair use
We reserve the right to decline refunds where we detect abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles on the same account.
