Which devices and apps does Fit-PA work with?
Fit-PA syncs automatically with Garmin, Coros, Polar, and Suunto. Your activity history is imported when you connect, and new activities arrive automatically afterwards. You can also upload FIT files manually.
Can I export or download my training plan?
Yes — open any plan and click "Export to Excel" for a clean, Fit-PA-branded spreadsheet (.xlsx) of every session: week, date, sport, workout, duration, distance, target load, and notes.
Do training plans sync to my Garmin or watch?
Not yet. Fit-PA brings your completed activities IN from Garmin, Coros, Polar, and Suunto, but it does not push training plans or scheduled workouts out to your watch or Garmin Connect. Your plan lives in Fit-PA — follow it on the web, where the coach adapts it as you train. Pushing structured workouts to your devices is in the works and coming in the near future.
