Setup
Lie flat on your back, legs slightly apart and relaxed, arms a little away from the sides with the palms up. A folded towel under the head or knees is fine.
How to do it
- Close the eyes and let the whole body sink into the floor.
- Breathe slowly, letting each exhale release a little more tension.
- Stay for the target time without fidgeting.
- Come out gently - roll to one side before sitting up.
Coach's notes
Cover up if you cool down quickly; a chilled body will not relax.
