Understand the rich data available for each of your activities, and learn how to edit or delete them.
Accessing Activity Details
Click on any activity from your Activities page to view its full details.
Activity Overview
Each activity page shows key metrics at a glance:
- Duration - Total time and moving time
- Distance - Total distance covered
- Pace/Speed - Average and best splits
- Heart Rate - Average, max, and zone distribution
- Elevation - Total gain and loss
- Calories - Estimated energy expenditure
Charts & Graphs
Interactive charts help you analyze your performance:
- Pace Chart - See how your pace varied throughout
- Heart Rate Chart - Track HR over the activity duration
- Elevation Profile - Visualize the terrain and climbs
- Zone Distribution - Time spent in each HR zone
- Cadence Chart - Steps per minute (running) or RPM (cycling)
Map View
For outdoor activities with GPS, view your route on an interactive map showing:
- Your complete route
- Start and finish points
- Color-coded pace or heart rate along the route
Laps & Splits
If your activity has lap data (auto-lap or manual laps), you'll see:
- Distance and time for each lap
- Pace and heart rate per lap
- Comparison across laps
Training Effect
Understanding the impact of your workout:
- Training Stress Score (TSS) - Overall workout stress contributing to your training load
- Intensity Factor - How hard the workout was relative to your threshold
Editing Activities
You can edit certain activity details:
- Activity Name - Give it a meaningful title
- Sport Type - Correct the activity type if needed
- Notes - Add personal notes about the workout
Click the Edit button on the activity details page to make changes.
Deleting Activities
To delete an activity:
- Open the activity details page
- Click the Delete button
- Confirm the deletion
Warning: Deleted activities cannot be recovered. Your training load and analytics will be recalculated after deletion.
💡 Tip: If you accidentally delete an activity, you can re-sync it from your device or upload the FIT file again.
