📤 Bulk Upload
Import multiple FIT files at once to quickly populate your training history.
When to Use Bulk Upload
Bulk upload is useful when:
- You're new to Fit-PA and want to import historical activities
- You have FIT files exported from another platform
- Your device doesn't support automatic sync
- You want to import activities from a backup
Supported File Types
Bulk upload accepts FIT files (.fit extension) from any device manufacturer:
- Garmin
- Coros
- Wahoo
- Polar
- Suunto
- And more...
How to Bulk Upload
- Go to Activities, click Add, then select Upload FIT Files
- Drag and drop your FIT files into the upload area (or click to browse)
- Select multiple files at once - there's no limit
- Wait for processing to complete
- Review the imported activities
What Gets Imported
FIT files contain rich data that Fit-PA extracts:
- GPS route and map data
- Heart rate, pace, and speed
- Power (for cycling activities)
- Cadence and elevation
- Laps and splits
- Activity timestamps and duration
Duplicate Detection
Fit-PA automatically detects duplicate activities. If you upload a file that already exists, it will be skipped to avoid duplicates.
Finding Your FIT Files
FIT files are stored on your device or computer:
- Garmin - Connect your watch via USB, find files in GARMIN/Activity folder
- Coros - Export from the Coros app or web platform
- Other devices - Check the device's Activity or Export folder
💡 Tip: For ongoing syncing, connect your device in Profile → Connected Devices for automatic imports!
