✏️ Manual Activity Entry
Log workouts manually when you don't have device data.
When to Use Manual Entry
- Forgot your watch
- Gym workouts without tracking
- Swimming in pools without GPS
- Historical activities from before you had a device
Adding a Manual Activity
- Go to Activities, click Add, then select Add Manual Entry
- Select the sport type
- Enter the date, time, and duration
- Add optional details (distance, heart rate, notes)
- Click Save
Required Fields
- Sport - Running, Cycling, Swimming, etc.
- Date & Time - When the activity started
- Duration - How long the activity lasted
Optional Fields
- Distance
- Average Heart Rate
- Perceived Effort (1-10)
- Notes and description
