✨ Creating a Plan with the Coach
Plans are created through a conversation with your AI coach. There's no form to fill out — just chat.
Starting Plan Creation
Two ways to start:
- From the 🏋️ Training page, click + Create Plan with Coach. The chat slides up and the message "Create a training plan" is sent automatically.
- Or open the chat from any page (click the bottom bar) and tell the coach: "I want to create a training plan."
What the Coach Will Ask
The coach uses what it already knows about you (your goals, activity history, fitness metrics) and only asks for what it can't infer. Typical questions:
- Which goal this plan is for (if you have more than one)
- Start and end dates
- Which days of the week you can train
- How many hours per week you have available
- Your experience level, if not obvious from your history
- Training methodology preference (or it'll recommend one)
- Whether to include strength or cross-training
Confirming and Generating
Once the coach has what it needs, it'll summarize the plan parameters and ask you to confirm. Reply with "yes, go ahead" (or similar) and generation kicks off.
Generation typically takes 3–7 minutes — the AI is producing your full plan structure plus week-by-week workouts. You can minimize the chat and keep working; you'll get a notification when the plan is ready.
When the Plan is Ready
The chat bar at the bottom of any page flashes green and shows "Your training plan is ready — click to open." Reopening the chat shows a link directly to your new plan.
💡 Tip: You can only have one active plan at a time. If you already have a plan, the coach will offer to archive it before creating a new one — your sessions and history are preserved either way.
