A training plan is a personalized, AI-generated schedule that guides you from where you are today to your goal — race, event, or fitness target.
What's in a Plan
Every plan is structured as:
Blocks — multi-week phases with a specific focus (base, build, peak, taper). Each block builds on the last.
Weeks — each week has a target training load and a focus area. Recovery weeks are scheduled automatically.
Sessions — individual workouts placed on specific days, with target duration, distance, intensity zones, and structured steps where appropriate.
How Plans Adapt
Your plan reflects:
Your goal (date, type, target time/distance)
Your training history and current fitness (CTL, recent activities, personal records)
Your available training days and weekly hours
Your experience level (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
Any active injuries or health conditions you've shared
Your preferred training methodology (Jack Daniels, Lydiard, polarized, etc.)
Where to Find Your Plan
Click Training in the top navigation. You'll see your active plan with current week, phase, and progress. Click into the plan to see the full schedule, week-by-week breakdown, and individual sessions.
What Happens When a Plan Ends
When a plan's end date passes, it's automatically marked as completed and moved to the Other Plans section for historical reference. Your data stays — nothing is deleted.
Tip: The more recent activity and wellness data you have synced, the better the AI can tune your plan to your actual fitness.
