🛠️ Managing Your Plan
Once your plan exists, you can view it, modify individual workouts, mark sessions complete, and transition between plans — all through the coach or the plan detail page.
Viewing Your Plan
From 🏋️ Training, click your active plan. You'll see:
- An Overview with blocks, weeks, and current phase
- A Week view showing this week's sessions in detail
- A Month calendar view of your scheduled workouts
- A Coach sidebar for plan-specific questions and edits
Modifying Your Plan
The coach sidebar on the plan detail page can change just about anything:
- "Move Tuesday's run to Wednesday"
- "Make next week easier — I'm feeling run down"
- "Add a long run on Saturday"
- "Split this week's long run into morning and afternoon"
- "What's the focus this week?"
The coach will tell you exactly what it changed.
Tracking Completion
Workouts are auto-linked to your synced activities when they match (sport, date, duration). For activities the coach can't match, ask: "Mark Tuesday's tempo run as complete." You can also mark intentional skips with a reason.
Workout Reminders
If a planned workout isn't logged, the coach can nudge you about it. You control how, in two places:
Plan level — the "Reminders" control in the plan header. Choose one of:
- All workouts — get reminded about every missed session shortly after its scheduled time.
- Per workout (default) — missed sessions with a set time are nudged shortly after that time; flexible sessions are gathered into a single end-of-day check-in instead of being pinged at a made-up time.
- Off — no missed-workout reminders at all.
Per workout — the "Reminders" toggle in each session. Open a planned session and set it to:
- Scheduled time — you're committed to this time, so a reminder lands around then if it's not done.
- Flexible — no fixed time; it rolls into the one end-of-day check-in rather than nudging you at a specific hour.
The per-session toggle only takes effect under the Per workout plan setting — that's the mode built to respect each workout's own preference.
💡 Tip: A reminder only fires if nothing matching that workout has been logged — so logging an activity the coach links to the session quietly cancels the nudge. No "you missed it" message for a workout you actually did.
Completing or Archiving Plans
- Auto-complete — when the plan's end date passes, it's automatically marked completed.
- Manual complete — tell the coach: "Mark my plan as complete."
- Archive — to set aside a plan without ending it: "Archive my current plan." Archived plans don't show on the Training page but their sessions and data stay.
💡 Tip: Completed plans remain visible under "Other Plans" on the Training page — they're a record of what you did, not just what you'll do.
