Performance Trends
Track your progress over time to see how your fitness is developing.
Fitness Trend (CTL)
Your Chronic Training Load shows long-term fitness development:
- Rising CTL - Fitness is improving
- Stable CTL - Maintaining current fitness
- Declining CTL - Fitness may be decreasing (or intentional taper)
Performance Metrics
Track these key indicators of improvement:
Running
- Pace at HR - Faster pace at same heart rate = better fitness
- HR Recovery - Faster recovery = better cardiovascular fitness
- Cadence - Optimal cadence typically 170-180 spm
Cycling
- Power Output - Watts at threshold
- Power to Weight - W/kg for climbing
- Efficiency Factor - Power relative to heart rate
