VO2 Max - Estimated aerobic capacity
Max Heart Rate - Your maximum HR
FTP - Functional Threshold Power (cycling)
Power-to-Weight - Watts per kilogram
Training Zones
Configure your HR, pace, and power zones at Profile → Training Zones. For each zone type you can:
Choose auto-detect (from activities) or set values manually
Connect Garmin, Coros, Polar, Suunto, or Wahoo for automatic activity and wellness sync. See Connecting Your Device.
Tip: Connect your device first, then sync a few activities before configuring zones - this gives Fit PA data to auto-detect your Max HR, FTP, and threshold pace.
