⚡ Quick Start Guide
Get up and running with Fit-PA in just 5 minutes!
Step 1: Complete Your Profile
After signing up, you'll be guided through setting up your athlete profile. This includes:
- Basic information (age, weight, height)
- Your primary sports
- Training experience level
- Heart rate zones (can be auto-calculated)
Step 2: Connect Your Device
Click Profile in the navigation menu, then go to My Profile → Connected Devices section:
- Garmin Connect - Click "Connect Garmin" and authorize access
- Coros - Link your Coros account for automatic sync
- Polar Flow - Connect for seamless activity transfer
- Suunto - Link your Suunto account for automatic sync
Once connected, your activities will sync automatically - no manual uploads needed!
Step 3: Meet Your AI Coach
Click the coach bar at the bottom of any page - it slides up to reveal your AI coach. Try asking:
- "How has my training been this week?"
- "What should I focus on to improve?"
- "Am I ready for a hard workout today?"
- "Analyze my last run"
Step 4: Explore Your Analytics
The Analytics page is your home base (and the default page after login). Here you'll find:
- Training load and fitness trends (CTL/ATL/TSB)
- Recovery status and readiness
- Performance improvements over time
- AI-powered daily training recommendations
Navigation Overview
The main menu has three sections:
- Analytics - Training insights, recovery, and fitness trends
- Activities - Browse history, use the Add dropdown to upload files or add manual workouts
- Profile - Settings, personal records, device connections, and logout
